What will you do? Drive the execution of multiple business-critical projects by identifying needs, removing roadblocks, and aligning priorities. Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current systems, tools, and processes. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape technical strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions. Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and digital transformation. What are we looking for? Tech Stack: Language: Java Framework: Spring Boot Databases: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4J Caching: Redis CI/CD: Continuous Integration & Deployment APIs & Web Services: Experience building and consuming RESTful services Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field + 6 years of experience, or Master’s degree + 4 years of experience in software engineering. Proven experience leading technology projects and mentoring engineers. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
