CPO - Large SAAS

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for a fast-growing global SaaS company with $50M+ in revenue. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the product roadmap, driving innovation, and scaling the product organization across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals Lead and scale Product Management, Product Design, and Product Strategy functions Build globally competitive products used across multiple international markets Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams Drive customer-centric innovation, leveraging data, insights, and market trends Establish strong product processes, metrics, and governance frameworks Lead product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market alignment Mentor and build a high-performing product leadership team Work closely with executive leadership and board on long-term strategy Requirements 15+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant leadership experience Proven track record in global SaaS organizations (must-have) Experience scaling products in multi-market / international environments Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, platform products, and product-led growth (PLG) Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams Strong strategic thinking combined with execution excellence Experience working with CXOs, investors, and board members MBA or equivalent is preferred
