Chief Information Officer

The CIO is responsible for defining and executing the Group’s technology strategy enabling the delivery of digital initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence. This role ensures technology, systems, and data are effectively governed, scalable, and aligned with business priorities, delivering measurable impact across all business units. Key Accountabilities: Technology, Digital Strategy & Transformation Define and lead the Group’s technology and digital strategy as an enabler of overall business strategy Drive enterprise transformation programs (ERP, Data, Digital platforms, Turbo initiatives) Own the technology roadmap with business priorities across all BUs Drive the development of annual planning (AOP) for IT, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals Build and evolve the Group IT organization aligned with long-term strategic objectives Ensure organizational discipline in workforce planning aligned with approved structure and strategic priorities Systems, Infrastructure & Technology Operations Ensure effective operating models across Engineering, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Systems (ERP, POS, App, etc.) Ensure system stability, scalability, security, and performance across the organization Drive standardization of technology platforms across BUs Optimize infrastructure capacity, technology cost, and vendor strategy Ensure effective execution of system implementation, upgrades, and integration initiatives Data Management & Information Security Define and lead the Group’s data management strategy, governance, and information security standards Ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability across enterprise systems Establish policies and controls for data ownership, access, retention, and security Safeguard critical business and customer information through strong governance and compliance Ensure data platforms and related processes are secure, reliable, and well-controlled Technology Governance, Cybersecurity & Risk Establish and own enterprise-wide technology governance frameworks across systems, platforms, and digital initiatives Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements Identify and manage technology-related risks and ensure business continuity Strengthen governance over technology investments, system integrity, and operational risk Job Requirements: We prefer Vietnamese candidates or expat candidates currently residing in Vietnam. Education/ Training Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field MBA or advanced degree is preferred Work Experience 15+ years of experience in IT / Technology leadership roles Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs (ERP, Data, Systems integration) Experience in multi-business unit or retail/F&B environment is a strong advantage Managerial Experience Strong experience in leading and developing large, cross-functional teams Proven ability to work at executive level and influence business decisions Knowledge of: IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation Data platforms, analytics, and BI tools IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks Skills (Ability to): Strategic thinking and business acumen Strong leadership and stakeholder management Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment
