medsolve manages and modernizes IT in the healthcare sector (medical practices, outpatient clinics, hospitals). We ensure the stable operation of workstations, networks, practice management software, and components related to the telematics infrastructure. Our focus: clean standards, fast support, and clear communication. Responsibilities Remote work from your home office: Processing support requests, initial analyses, ticket management, documentation, and simple fixes under guidance. On-site at the customer's location (nationwide): Assisting with installations, rollouts, and troubleshooting (e.g., PC workstations, printing/scanning, network cabling/switches, card readers). Systems & Tools: Windows clients, basic networking (IP/DNS/DHCP/VLAN), VPN fundamentals, Microsoft 365/AD (based on experience). Quality: Utilizing checklists, thorough handovers, and documenting lessons learned. Healthcare IT background: Basic knowledge of telematics infrastructure (TI), KIM, and PKI (on-the-job training provided, no prior experience required). Qualifications Required (Must) Mandatory internship as part of your studies/training (proof from university/school required). Interest in IT systems, networks, and practical technology. Reliable, structured work style and customer-oriented communication skills. Willingness to travel throughout Germany for customer appointments (part of the internship). Class B driver's license (for on-site assignments). Nice-to-have (Want) Initial experience with Windows, M365, Active Directory, networks, and hardware.
