About the opportunity We're hiring a Global Growth Marketing Manager to lead First Table's diner acquisition across New Zealand, Australia, UK and Ireland. It's a brand-new, senior role for a commercially sharp growth marketer who wants real ownership and the room to prove what they can do.You'll report to our Chief Marketing Officer and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing, Product, and Data, and our regional teams to shape how First Table grows. You'll balance short-term performance with long-term demand, and pull together data, experimentation, sharp creative and commercial judgement into one connected growth engine.This isn’t a “manage the ads” role. You’ll help connect paid media, brand demand, organic growth, product experience, creative, data, and customer value into one clear growth system.It's a role for someone who can zoom out to the big picture, dive into the detail when it counts, and turn insight into action across multiple markets.What you’ll be doingOwn diner acquisition strategy across New Zealand, Australia, and UKILead channel mix, media investment, and acquisition budget allocationDevelop market-specific growth plans, with a strong focus on scaling UKI demandLead our performance agency relationship, from strategy and briefs through to outcomesUse CAC, ROAS, payback period, LTV, conversion rates, and channel ROI to guide investment decisionsPartner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering, to improve first-booking conversionChampion experimentation across audiences, creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, app store experiences, and user journeysBuild clear reporting and recommendations that help the business understand what drives sustainable growthWhat you’ll bringAt least 5 years’ experience in growth, digital, acquisition, or performance marketing, ideally within a marketplace, app-based, subscription, product-led, or high-growth consumer businessStrong hands-on experience across paid acquisition channels, particularly Google and MetaCommercial confidence managing meaningful budgets and making investment recommendationsExperience managing performance agencies or external partnersA strong understanding of how brand, creative, media, conversion, and customer value work togetherConfidence using growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, and channel ROIWorking knowledge of experimentation, attribution, SEO, GEO, CRO, ASO, and organic acquisition leversExcellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex insight into clear commercial recommendationsWhy you’ll love working with usReal ownership of global diner acquisition across three international marketsThe chance to shape First Table’s growth strategy at an exciting stage of scaleA role with senior visibility and meaningful influence across the businessThe opportunity to work across the full growth system, not just paid channelsA collaborative, ambitious team that values experimentation, commercial thinking, and practical actionOpportunities to use AI, automation, data, and emerging technology in meaningful waysWork remotely from Auckland with regular team connection or hybrid from our Queenstown HQ.
