You develop AI agents that support our Consultants daily, and build an agent ecosystem that sustainably accelerates consulting and implementation. You develop productive AI solutions with a focus on LLMs, Machine Learning, and GenAI – from idea to Deployment You perform LLM-Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and the setup of AI agent architectures You develop AI architectures for Cloud environments (e.g. Azure) You analyze data, train, and evaluate Machine Learning models to solve concrete Use Cases You create prototypes that are transformed into stable scalable solutions in collaboration with Software, Cloud, and DevOps teams You monitor the AI market, evaluate new tools, and derive meaningful deployment scenarios You integrate AI directly into business processes and products and work on real Use Cases with noticeable impact – from automation to knowledge management what distinguishes you We are looking for AI Engineers with genuine motivation to learn and strong technological interest – regardless of whether you have implemented your first AI projects within a company or outside.
