ai-coustics is building the reliability layer for Voice AI, the system that closes the gap between raw audio input and reliable machine understanding in production. By combining state-of-the-art speech and audio research with real-time, production-grade SDKs, we test, observe, and enable Voice AI systems to work in any environment. Our software is used by fast-growing Voice AI companies across Europe and the United States whose products require reliable performance at scale: call center agents, voice agents, telephony apps, and enterprise voice assistants. We believe voice will become the main interface for technology and ai-coustics is building the foundational infrastructure to make audio input reliable, measurable, and easy to deploy.

Role Overview
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale ai-coustics' end-to-end marketing function as we define a new category in Voice AI infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales/GTM, you'll set the strategy, build the team, and personally drive the work that establishes ai-coustics as the default reliability layer for Voice AI builders worldwide. You'll own positioning, demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, and developer marketing β and translate complex audio and AI capabilities into a sharp, technical narrative that resonates with developers, technical buyers, and executive decision-makers. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled marketing functions at high-growth B2B / developer-first startups and is ready to do it again with full ownership.
Tasks
Define and own ai-coustics' marketing strategy end to end: positioning, messaging, ICP, category narrative, and marketing plan tied to revenue and pipeline goals
Build, lead and develop the marketing team (currently Growth & Content Marketer, Video Specialist, plus agency partners) and shape the org as we scale
Drive B2B demand generation across paid, GEO, lifecycle and partnerships, with clear ownership of pipeline contribution
Lead product marketing: launches, positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and launch materials
Own developer marketing in collaboration with DevRel and Engineering: documentation narrative, developer content, community presence, and ecosystem partnerships (LiveKit, voice AI platforms)
Set the content and editorial strategy across blog, case studies, technical guides, video, and thought leadership, ensuring everything is on-brand, technically credible, and built to perform
Run brand and category-building activities: events, PR, analyst relations, founder thought leadership, and flagship moments that establish ai-coustics as the reliability layer for Voice AI
Operate the marketing stack and reporting: instrument the funnel, set OKRs
Manage budget, agency relationships, and vendor selection with discipline; integrate AI tools natively across the team's workflow
Partner with Sales/GTM on pipeline coverage and partner with the CEO on fundraising narrative and investor-facing materials
Requirements
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up
Proven track record building and scaling marketing functions from early stage through Series A/B, ideally in developer tools, audio, or technical SaaS
Demonstrated ownership of a full-funnel demand gen engine with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
Experience marketing to developers and technical buyers, with a strong point of view on developer-first content, community, and ecosystem motions
Strong product marketing instincts: you've led launches, sharpened positioning in noisy categories, and built sales enablement that closes deals
Excellent writer and editor; able to set the voice for the company and personally craft the highest-stakes narratives (launches, decks, exec briefings)
Hands-on with the modern marketing stack (HubSpot or equivalent CRM/MA, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, attribution tooling)
Experience hiring, coaching, and structuring small but high-leverage marketing teams; comfortable being both a builder and a player-coach
Strong cross-functional operator: works fluently with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the CEO, and can hold their own in technical conversations
Bonus: experience with Voice AI, speech, audio, real-time communications, or adjacent infra categories; experience supporting fundraising and investor / analyst relations
