We’re Hiring | Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - AM | Immediate joiners preferred We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis / Accounting to join our team. 📍 Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyze monthly & quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and financial insights • Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for automation • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights • Build financial models and validate forecasting assumptions • Develop impactful financial presentations using PowerPoint • Analyze revenues and key KPIs for monthly P&L reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives • Drive improvements in reporting processes, analytics, and decision-making Requirements: ✔ Qualified CA ✔ 3+ years of post qualification experience in FP&A / Financial Analysis ✔ Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills ✔ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills ✔ Advanced PowerPoint & financial presentation skills 📍 Location: Gurgaon
