Role Overview: We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of full-time experience to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital experiences across mobile and website platforms. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Design user-centric interfaces for websites, mobile apps, landing pages, and digital platforms Handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens Collaborate with strategy, creative, tech, and account management teams for smooth execution Translate client briefs and business goals into functional and visually strong design solutions Ensure consistency across design systems, components, and brand guidelines Participate in design discussions, feedback loops, and revision cycles with internal teams and clients Skills & Requirements: 2–3 years of full-time UI/UX design experience Prior experience with a reputed design studio / creative digital agency Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Working knowledge of tools such as FigJam, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InVision, Miro, Webflow/Framer is a plus Good understanding of responsive design, usability, typography, layouts, and interaction design Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment To Apply: Send your resume + portfolio to Gaurish.apradh@schbang.com
