Responsibilities Your responsibilities in the Banking and Finance project environment In our projects, you take on a central role in business analysis and data work: Conduct Business Analysis: You gather, analyze, and structure business and regulatory requirements directly at banks Specify requirements: You create precise business concepts, specifications, and structured requirements for implementation in IT systems Analyze data: You work with data, conduct data analyses, and use tools like Excel, Access, or SQL to answer business questions Support technical solutions: You bring your technical affinity and use VBA, Python, or R as needed to deepen analyses or support processes Design interfaces: You coordinate closely with business departments and IT, ensuring a common understanding of requirements and data Qualifications Your profile Background & Experience: You have a completed degree and several years of experience as a Business Analyst, in the banking environment, or in management consulting with a strong analytical focus Banking Know-how: You have a profound understanding of banking processes, ideally related to Frontoffice, Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, or Compliance Data & Technical Affinity: You enjoy working with data, bring a good understanding of data structures, and have experience in data analysis in the banking environment Tools & Technologies: You have practical experience with Excel (incl.
