About the Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our mobile and web platforms. In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from architecture through to production, while helping shape the overall product experience. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to build scalable systems and intuitive interfaces that turn complex data into clear, actionable user experiences. This is a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who enjoys building in fast-paced environments, making technical decisions, and mentoring others. What You’ll DoEnd-to-End Product Development • Own the design and delivery of features across mobile and web platforms • Build and maintain the mobile application (Flutter) and web platform (React / Next.js) • Translate product requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions Architecture & Technical Leadership • Define and evolve frontend and full-stack architecture • Make key decisions around state management, data flow, and system structure • Ensure code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability • Contribute to technical standards and best practices API Integration & Data Handling • Design and implement efficient integrations with backend services • Optimise data fetching, caching, and state management strategies • Ensure reliable, secure communication between frontend and backend systems User Experience & Product Thinking • Drive the development of clean, intuitive, and high-impact user interfaces • Simplify complex data into clear, user-friendly experiences • Partner with design to maintain consistency and usability across platforms Performance & Quality • Lead performance optimisation across mobile and web applications • Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code Collaboration & Mentorship • Work closely with backend engineers to define APIs and system boundaries • Partner with product and design teams to shape features and user flows • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture • Support rapid iteration while maintaining high engineering standards What We’re Looking ForCore Skills • 5+ years of experience in full-stack or frontend-focused engineering • Strong experience with Flutter (mobile development) • Strong experience with React or Next.js (web development) • Experience integrating and working with RESTful APIs • Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and product thinking • Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable applications • Experience working with Git and modern development workflows Nice to Have • Experience building data-rich or high-interaction applications • Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems • Experience with advanced state management patterns • Experience with data visualisation and dashboard design • Exposure to cloud environments and deployment workflows • Experience in startup or high-growth environments Who You Are • Strong problem solver with great attention to detail • Product-minded with a focus on user impact • Comfortable taking ownership and making technical decisions • Able to simplify complex concepts into intuitive experiences • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Why This Role Matters You’ll be building more than a product; you’ll craft experiences that make complex information feel simple, fast, and meaningful.
