Responsibilities
π‘ Your Role
As a (Senior) Marketing Manager B2B, you are responsible for our entire marketing department with a clear focus on operational implementation.
You maintain a strategic overview, but at heart, you are an operator: someone who builds scalable structures, designs workflows efficiently, and thereby creates the space to develop original and creative ideas that give Encosa a real competitive advantage.
β‘ Your Responsibilities
Further development and sharpening of our brand positioning as well as ensuring a consistent B2B brand presence across all relevant channels
Strategic and operational further development of our website as a central communication channel (incl. messaging, structure, and CMS, in collaboration with external partners)
Conception and creation of high-quality content (e.g., Whitepapers, Case Studies, website content, LinkedIn content) that clearly stands out from standard content
Setup and further development of Demand Generation measures with a focus on sustainable lead generation
Co-design and implementation of our PR and communication work (e.g., fundraising, partnerships, corporate communication)
Setup and further development of LinkedIn and personal branding activities (especially for the Management)
Analysis of relevant marketing KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of concrete optimization measures
Close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Management for clear, consistent, and convincing storytelling
Independent setup and further development of marketing processes and structures
Identification of new marketing potentials as well as independent implementation of effective initiatives
Note: Performance Marketing is not a focus of the role and is only used as a supplement.
Qualifications
π― Your Profile
5β7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a clear operational focus
Native-level German as well as very good English skills
Experience in a small team and/or company as a marketing generalist
Demonstrable strength in Content Marketing (please provide examples of content you are proud of)
Experience in several of the following areas: Demand Generation, Brand, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing
Experience in setting up or further developing marketing structures and processes
Experience in website management (CMS, messaging, positioning) β no coding or design necessary
Experience or good understanding in the area of PR and external communication
Very strong communication skills in text and concept
