Working student – Finance & Consulting (entrepreneurial, performance-based)

Your responsibilities during the initial phase (first few weeks): Appointment scheduling: You will arrange client appointments (by phone, network, leads) and build a solid pipeline. Process learning: You will learn call scripts, needs assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards. Performance optimization: You will work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results. In the further course of your career: Analysis & Preparation: You will support the analysis of customer situations and prepare consulting documents in a structured manner. Customer Contact: You will accompany meetings (depending on the stage), take over follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps. Documentation & Organization: You will keep processes clean, document consistently, and ensure reliability. Teamwork: You will work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your tasks.
