Finance Analyst – Treasury

Position: Finance Analyst – Treasury Responsibilities: Manage the accounting of cash balances and fund sources for assigned entities. Coordinate with various internal departments to identify and fulfill their respective funding requirements. Collaborate with the Corporate Treasury team on loan and investment activities. Monitor the timing of placements and loans to ensure obligations are adequately funded. Track disbursements requiring funding and ensure sufficient liquidity for daily transactions. Prepare Letters of Instruction for interbank fund transfers as needed. Handle foreign currency payments and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fund management. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in funds management, treasury, or finance operations Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of financial systems is a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Willing to work in Pasig
