Responsibilities Technical leadership and coordination of the team in the SMD area Detailed planning of production orders as well as organization of personnel deployment Management of communication with upstream and downstream departments Execution and documentation of employee training Monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of production metrics as well as derivation of concrete measures Identification, analysis, and resolution of disruptions in the production process incl. documentation Monitoring of maintenance work and intervals in cooperation with specialist departments Qualifications Completed technical education, e.g., as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable Experience in production, ideally in the SMD environment Solid technical understanding as well as a strong awareness of quality Practical experience in handling production equipment and manufacturing processes Initial experience in the technical leadership of teams in a production environment Willingness to work in a rotating shift system Independent, structured, and responsible way of working At CONCAPE, we accompany you through the entire application process, from the first contact to the signing of the contract directly with the company (direct placement), including relocation support for candidates from outside the region.
