Director of Product Experience Required Qualifications: Product Leadership Experience: 6–8+ years of relevant product experience, including ownership of strategy and outcomes for a major growth or customer experience surface. Growth & Business Acumen: Proven experience driving revenue-impacting initiatives, with exposure to CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, or subscription-based business models. Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to define north-star metrics, partner on instrumentation, and hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes. Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong track record partnering effectively with Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Medical or regulated partners. Excellent Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate product strategy, tradeoffs, and results to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. Comfort with Ambiguity: Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and incomplete information. Domain Experience: Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer health and wellness businesses. Medical & Product Partnership: Experience partnering closely with Medical, Regulatory, and/or Physical Product teams to deliver compliant, patient-safe experiences. Mission of the Role: The mission of the Director, Product Experience is to own and scale core growth experiences that drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and retention—while upholding clinical rigor, personalization promise, and commitment to patient trust. Reporting to the CEO, this role is accountable for defining and executing product strategy across a major growth surface (e.g., acquisition, activation, or monetization). The Director translates company objectives into durable product bets, leads teams through ambiguity, and partners cross-functionally across Growth, Engineering, Marketing, Medical, Pharmacy, and Analytics to deliver measurable business outcomes. Essential Functions and Impact Areas: Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a core growth surface, with accountability for subscriber growth, conversion, and revenue-adjacent KPIs. Develop a data-informed growth strategy that ladders to company objectives, grounded in deep understanding of our customers, care model, growth funnels, and physical product ecosystem. Set and own OKRs and financial forecasts in partnership with Analytics and Finance, including accountability for forecast accuracy, performance variance analysis, and corrective action when initiatives underperform. Lead portfolio-level prioritization by modeling ROI, making clear tradeoffs, sunsetting underperforming initiatives, and reallocating resources as growth hypotheses evolve. Guide teams through hypothesis development, experimentation, and iteration, while building durable experimentation infrastructure and operating cadence that enables learning at scale. Partner closely with Medical, Pharmacy, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure growth initiatives maintain patient safety, clinical integrity, and trust. Build strong, collaborative relationships across Engineering, Commercial and Data to deliver cohesive, end-to-end customer experiences. Communicate product vision, strategy, tradeoffs, and results clearly to executive leadership and senior stakeholders. Navigate ambiguity with decisiveness, providing clarity and context while empowering teams to take ownership and move quickly
