Description
WHY NEW ENGEN?
At New Engen, we help brands grow—not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.
Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions—like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.
We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands—and each other—thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.
What You’ll Do
Own Influencer Campaign Execution
Assist Account Manager across end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns from kickoff through completion. Source, vet, and recommend creators who align with client goals, identifying backup talent and clearly articulating the strategic fit behind each recommendation. Build and package influencer pitchbacks for client approval, using portals or decks depending on client needs.
Manage Creator Relationships and Deliverables
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for influencers and creator agencies, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout campaigns. Negotiate influencer rates within approved budgets, manage conversations with creators and representatives, and oversee contracts and scopes of work to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
Oversee Content Development and Quality Control
Guide creator content from initial concept through revisions, approvals, and final delivery. Ensure all content meets campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and platform best practices while maintaining strong quality control throughout the development process.
Drive Program Management and Speed to Market
Manage influencers across multiple campaigns, assisting eight to ten programs at different stages of execution. Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables with precision, and operate comfortably in fast-turn environments where campaign timelines can range from a few days to several weeks.
Launch, Monitor, and Wrap Campaigns
Help to oversee campaign launches and monitor influencer content once it goes live to ensure smooth execution. Submit influencer payments, support financial follow-through, and contribute to post-campaign analysis and post-mortems to help the team understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner closely with Account Managers, fellow Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run seamlessly from planning through launch. Follow established playbooks and processes while applying sound judgment and problem-solving to keep programs moving forward.
