Construction Manager - Wind Farm Construction

Responsibilities You are responsible for the planning and coordination of the trades required for the infrastructure of a wind farm, such as foundation, foundation construction, road construction, cable routes (internal, external), and grid connections You create bills of quantities (Leistungsverzeichnisse) for all involved trades You accompany, coordinate, and control the tendering, awarding, invoicing, as well as documentation and acceptance of all involved trades You create and check measurements (Aufmaße) and ensure the efficient and economical use of building materials and construction equipment You have the independent management of the construction sites on site and supervision of the trades You are responsible for occupational safety, quality, and order on the construction site You always keep an eye on the quality and construction progress and document the work Control of the construction site assembly on site Qualifications You are a certified foreman (Polier) or technician (m/f/d), have a master craftsman's certificate (Meister) in road or civil engineering, or are a civil engineer (m/f/d), or possess a comparable education/degree e.g. as an electrician (m/f/d), cable layer (m/f/d), or Bachelor (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering Renewable Energies You already have many years of professional experience in civil engineering and road construction and have already accompanied initial wind farm projects in construction coordination You have confident MS Office skills You bring knowledge of the relevant regulations (DIN18300, ZTV, RSA21, VOB) You have very good language skills in German and have at least a Class B driver's license We require a willingness to travel throughout Germany (not on weekends) Benefits Company car (with private use) Flexible working hours (depending on the professional field) Recreation allowance (Erholungsbeihilfe) Expenses/additional meal allowances Accommodation booking and payment are handled directly by our Travelmanagement for you Mobile working (depending on the professional field) Company pension scheme Company bicycle leasing (Dienstrad - Leasing) Company fitness program (Hansefit) Corporate Benefits Many joint events and functions Company with start-up flair We look forward to hearing from you!
