Because with us, the focus is on the person – nobody is just a number to us! 🚀 Responsibilities Responsibility for 1st and 2nd Level IT support in the area of Workplace IT at our locations in Ehingen (Donau) and Ulm Acceptance, qualification, and processing of malfunctions and service requests via ticket system, telephone, and remote access, from initial recording to resolution Independent analysis of more complex malfunctions, root cause analysis, and sustainable troubleshooting Installation, configuration, hardening, and ongoing maintenance of client systems as well as the deployed Workplace applications Administration and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment Management of and cooperation with external service providers in the context of operations and in the event of malfunctions Participation in IT projects and active co-design of standards and processes in support Qualifications Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable training Several years of practical experience in IT support (1st and 2nd Level) or in a comparable admin role in the client/workplace environment Very good knowledge of Windows client operating systems, especially installation, error analysis, policies, user profiles, drivers, and updates Profound experience with Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment Proficient handling of Microsoft Azure Solid knowledge of typical infrastructure topics for the workplace Strong service orientation as well as a structured and independent way of working Good written and spoken German skills Benefits We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the infrastructural project of the future in Southern Germany.
