Controller

A very exciting and successful Manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Controller to join their exciting and dynamic finance team. The Controller position will report into the CFO as they look to expand the finance function into the next chapter of their growth. The opportunity to work with the CFO is highly sought after because they have phenomenal track record of both achievement and people development. The Controller will work very closely with the CFO, CEO, and key stakeholders to drive the expansion of the business. This is a varied and broad role, which will have definitive career progression opportunities in the future. The role will be heavily involved in project work and previous project accounting and/or project management will be highly sought after. You will be responsible for financial operations, accounting, reporting, developing financial processes to provide solutions, overseeing best financial business practices towards the month-end close process, and also mitigating risk while improving controls. Due to the broad nature of this role, there may also be ad hoc strategic projects working with the CFO and CEO alike. The business is looking for someone who is comfortable within a fast-growing environment and can effectively adapt to situations as it becomes necessary. Including strong skills in stakeholder management and leadership ability. This person needs to be an effective communicator and be highly driven to succeed. This role is paying an attractive base salary and comprehensive package.
