Growth Marketer

Together with me (Head of Growth), you will develop and execute the Growth-Funnel of mika: Demand Gen to Lifecycle, cross-channel, largely built with AI. We set the strategic direction together, you take over the implementation with support. This is not a classic performance role. We are looking for a true T-shaped generalist who can think everything from content to conversion and largely implement it themselves using AI. The position can be filled in Berlin or Köln. Responsibilities What you will do with us Think and build the funnel end-to-end. From Demand Gen and awareness via conversion paths to Lifecycle marketing and retention, you see the entire customer journey, own it, and iterate on it. Define conversion paths and implement them with AI. Landing pages, Lead-Flows, nurture sequences. You prototype yourself with tools like Cursor, Framer/Webflow, and LLM-APIs instead of waiting for external implementation. Manage Performance-Channels. Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Partnerships/Affiliate. You decide (with me) where the next euro needs to go and execute. Build Partnerships and Affiliate. Integration partners, multipliers, targeted collaborations, affiliate setup from program to tracking. Automate growth processes with AI. Zapier, Make, n8n plus LLM-APIs — you build smart automations and systems: reportings, Lead-Scoring, Content-Ops, Retargeting-Trigger, Sales-Handoffs. Write Core-Copy. You write conversion-relevant texts yourself. You use AI as a tool, but the judgment on tonality, hook, and clarity lies with you. You brief and review Longform-Content (blog, whitepapers, cases) and organic social cleanly. Qualifications What you bring to the table 3–5 years of experience in cross-channel growth or marketing, ideally in the environment of products requiring explanation. Strong analytical skills. You think in Funnel-KPIs, build Dashboards yourself, and make data-informed decisions instead of relying on gut feeling. AI-experienced. You have already built functioning AI projects or flows on the job or privately. No coder background necessary, but a joy in building. Independent and organized. You do not need tight briefing; you structure your work yourself. Strong communication skills. German at C2 level, English fluent. You write clearly, present precisely, and speak with founders, developers, and customers alike. Work location Berlin or Köln. Hybrid work is possible; we will define the framework together. Willingness to travel.
