Role Overview
We are looking for a highly seasoned Senior Sales Account Manager with a proven track record of over 10 years in the Technology and IT Services industry. The ideal candidate will be a "self-starter" with an unwavering drive for success, specializing in managing key accounts and navigating the complex ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of sales experience exclusively within the Information Technology / Software / Cloud sectors with a documented history of new logo acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of communicating and negotiating effectively with C level stakeholders in large-scale organizations.
A powerful "self-motivated" muscle; a proactive hunter mindset that thrives in autonomous and high-pressure environments.
Expertise in penetrating untapped markets, managing and growing Key/Global Accounts with high complexity and long sales cycles.
Strong background in working within Partner Ecosystems (Vendors, Distributors, and Service Providers).
Ability to bridge the gap between technical architecture and business strategy, presenting complex concepts with clarity to non-technical executives.
Advanced level of written and spoken English is mandatory.
Exceptional storytelling and high-impact presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle with a relentless focus on penetrating new enterprise accounts.
Proactively identify and hunt for high-value opportunities in untapped segments, converting cold prospects into strategic revenue streams.
Position complex cloud solutions by translating technical capabilities into executive-level business value and ROI.
Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with C-Level executives, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital transformation journeys.
Actively manage and leverage relationships within the Technology Partner Ecosystem as a lead generation engine to co-create bundled value propositions for major accounts.
Drive high-impact customer acquisition and identify sophisticated cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within a strategic portfolio.
Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline using disciplined forecasting to consistently exceed ambitious annual targets.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder contract negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
