Under this motto, we at Health Routine develop natural health products that help people feel good in every stage of life. We are a dynamic team of 35 people, working both at our company location in Innsbruck and remotely distributed across Germany & Austria.
To take our Amazon business to the next level, we are looking for a full-time (40h/week) Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager as soon as possible, who will take end-to-end responsibility for our entire Amazon business (currently β¬7-8 million annual revenue).
Your Mission at Health Routine
Currently, our Amazon business (β¬7-10 million annual revenue) is still managed externally β we are convinced that with the right person in-house, we can get significantly more out of this channel.
This is exactly where you come in. You are the driving force of our Amazon business and run it like your own company. From PPC to Content and Listings to assortment development β you are responsible for everything that happens on Amazon.
You build the structures, processes, and your own freelancer team from the ground up, exactly as you see fit.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for our Amazon business (DACH focus, possible USA expansion)
Amazon PPC & Performance Marketing: Strategy, management, and optimization of all Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) incl. DSP β you manage the advertising budget independently towards profit goals (TACoS, contribution margin)
Listing & Content Optimization: Development and continuous optimization of product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores β incl. AI-supported content and image creation (with support from the internal design team)
Assortment development: Independent research and identification of products that additionally fit into our portfolio as "Amazon-First"
Data analysis & Reporting: Monitoring of all relevant KPIs (TACoS, ACoS, Profit, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance) and derivation of concrete measures
Building & managing your own freelancer team (e.g., VAs for listing maintenance, reporting, reviews) β you get your own budget and run your setup independently
Direct collaboration with the management β you report directly to the management and actively shape the Amazon strategy
Qualifications
You have several years of experience as an Amazon Manager / Marketplace Manager and have demonstrably been responsible for brands in the 7-figure+ revenue range
You are deeply involved in Amazon PPC and manage advertising budgets independently towards profit goals (not just ACoS) β Performance Marketing is your core strength
You work confidently with Helium 10, Sellerboard (or comparable tools) and know Brand Analytics
You actively use AI tools (Claude, Nano Banana, etc.) for content and image creation
You work analytically, independently, and entrepreneurially β you want to run a business, not just process tasks
