*** This position is contingent upon contract award ***OverviewSOSi is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a 24/7/365 program, who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of data collection teams and analysts. This includes managing team schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting of data and operational metrics. The supervisor will coordinate workflow, provide guidance and support to team members, and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring data quality, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency.
