Senior Enterprise Architect & IT Service Management Consultant for our Talent Pool

Tasks Depending on the project, you may be involved in: Supporting enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives Developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture concepts and roadmaps Bridging the gap between Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture and IT Operations Analyzing complex technical dependencies and identifying implementation risks Supporting IT Service Management initiatives and process improvements Contributing to service transition, operational readiness and continuous improvement Coordinating stakeholders across business and IT organizations Supporting testing activities including test planning, coordination and defect management Facilitating workshops and aligning technical and business teams Supporting change management and adoption during transformation programs Working closely with project managers, architects, service owners and technical teams Contributing to governance, documentation and architectural decision-making Requirements We are looking for experienced consultants who bring several of the following qualifications: Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or IT Transformation Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL) Experience with large enterprise environments and complex application landscapes Ability to understand technical dependencies across multiple systems Experience supporting service transition, operational readiness or platform transformations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience coordinating testing, issue resolution and cross-functional teams Familiarity with Agile delivery models and modern collaboration tools Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking Professional English is required; German is an advantage Experience with one or more of the following: Jira and Confluence Jira Service Management ServiceNow BMC Remedy / BMC Helix LeanIX, ArchiMate or TOGAF Azure DevOps CMDB and Configuration Management IT Governance and Operating Model Design Cloud transformation initiatives (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) Benefits Access to exciting international transformation programs Flexible project models (remote, hybrid or on-site) Long-term cooperation with Sidekick Network Transparent communication and personal support throughout every assignment Access to a strong international expert community Opportunities to work with well-known global organizations Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
