Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Mechanical Engineer/Instructor. The role involves conducting mechanical engineering training sessions for individuals and groups, developing course material, designing lesson plans, and mentoring trainees to enhance their practical and theoretical knowledge. Additional responsibilities include delivering personalized guidance, supporting learners in implementing CAD software and engineering design tools, and actively contributing to research and development initiatives. Collaboration with the engineering consultancy team may be required for project-based tasks. Qualifications • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design principles • Advanced knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, including software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks. • Outstanding teaching and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and training • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Prior experience in technical instruction or education, and engineering consultancy is a plus • Adept at problem-solving and providing practical, innovative solutions in engineering applications
