Job Highlights Cross-functional training and opportunities for job rotations Exciting recreational and employee engagement activities Optical/Dental/Project allowance/Star allowance/Insurance (covering dependents) Responsibilities Handling full set of Export shipping documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc. Ensure all the shipping documents release are compliance with policies and procedures. Ensure full Letter of Credit (L/C) compliances. Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world. Manage day-to-day shipping transaction of the Trading Companies. Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying gaps or improvement opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams as well as senior leaders on current business challenges and other projects.
