Description
As a Social Media & Creator Marketing Manager, you are responsible for our organic social media presence and the development of our Creator and UGC content.
You develop content ideas, plan posts, coordinate Creators, write briefings and scripts, and ensure that strong content is created from our products, which can be used both organically and for Performance Marketing.
In doing so, you work closely with our Marketing, Graphics, and Performance teams.
Responsibilities
You manage our social media channels, especially Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
You develop creative content ideas for Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts, and Pinterest content.
You write hooks, scripts, and briefings for short video content.
You find suitable UGC Creators and Content Creators for our products.
You handle the outreach, alignment, and coordination of Creators.
You create clear Creator briefings with product benefits, scene ideas, hooks, and Call-to-Actions.
You evaluate submitted content and provide feedback for optimization.
You post content on our channels and pay attention to timing, format, caption, and hashtags.
You take over Community Management, meaning comments, messages, and interactions.
You analyze which content performs well and derive new content ideas from it.
You think of content not just as aesthetically pleasing, but also sales-oriented: What problems does the product solve? What objections do customers have? Which messages work?
You deliver content ideas and Creatives that can also be used for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other performance channels.
Qualifications
You have experience in the field of Social Media, Content Marketing, Creator Marketing, or UGC.
You understand Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook from a marketing perspective.
You have a good feel for hooks, trends, storytelling, and short video formats.
You can write clear briefings and high-converting scripts.
You are organized, work independently, and coordinate multiple topics in parallel.
You have a good sense for brand presence, visual language, and target audiences.
You bring a good understanding of marketing and think creatively, performance-, and sales-oriented.
You have a basic understanding of E-Commerce and Online Marketing.
