Leads end to end UX design activities to deliver intuitive, data informed, and scalable user experiences. Translates user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant design solutions, while advocating for user centered design best practices across the organization.What you’ll be doing...Own and drive the end to end UX design process for complex products and features, from discovery and concept through detailed design and deliveryPartner closely with Product Managers to translate product strategy, requirements, and business objectives into user centered design solutionsConduct and synthesize user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, surveys) to inform design decisionsCreate and maintain UX artifacts including user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designsEnsure design solutions are grounded in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and inclusive design principlesCollaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, clearly specified, and implemented with high fidelityContribute to and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UX standards to ensure consistency and scalability across productsFacilitate design workshops, critiques, and cross functional working sessions to drive alignment and shared understandingProvide clear design rationale and storytelling to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining UX integrityAct as a UX subject matter expert, advocating for the user perspective in product and delivery decisionsMentor and provide design guidance to junior and mid level designers, raising overall design quality and maturityPartner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive end to end experiences across the customer lifecycleParticipate in beta programs, pilots, and post launch evaluations to assess usability and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesPerforms other duties as assigned.What you’ll bring to us…Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, UX Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field6+ years of professional UX design experience working on complex software products (SaaS experience preferred)Demonstrated expertise across the full UX lifecycle, from discovery and research through delivery and iterationStrong portfolio showcasing user centered design thinking, problem solving, and impact on product outcomesProficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar)Strong ability to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive interaction and visual designWe Support Who You Are….As a global company, we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives spark innovation and meet the challenges of an evolving world.
