Are you technically adept, like to be close to the property, and manage measures not only from a distance but also operationally? Would you like to take on responsibility on the owner's side and actively further develop the residential real estate portfolio?

Our client is an established, medium-sized real estate company operating throughout Germany with its own residential portfolio and a clear focus on sustainable development and value retention. The structures are professional, yet lean and close to decision-making – with plenty of room for independent work.
In this role, you will take on the technical responsibility for a residential real estate portfolio in Leipzig and accompany measures from analysis through planning to implementation – with a close connection to the property.
Tasks
Technical support of a residential real estate portfolio with regular property connection in Leipzig
Execution of technical inventory assessments as well as derivation of concrete maintenance measures
Planning and prioritization of maintenance and Capex measures incl. budget reference
Independent management and partial operational support of renovation and modernization measures
Management of the entire procurement process from obtaining quotes to billing
Close coordination and control of external service providers at the property level
Active defect and warranty management incl. on-site follow-up
Qualifications
Technical training or degree in civil engineering or similar, or comparable qualification (e.g., technician / master craftsman)
Several years of experience in technical property management or construction/project management of existing properties
Relevant experience in the technical management of residential real estate is important
Good understanding of maintenance, renovation, and economic management of measures
Structured, independent, and practical way of working
Confident handling of MS Office
