VP, Product Designer | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Lead user-centered design to simplify complex financial experiences for millions of users. • Map and analyze intricate user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities. • Design sophisticated web interfaces, workflows, and systems with a focus on functionality and engagement. • Utilize advanced design tools like Figma and Miro for high-fidelity prototyping and specification. • Contribute to and leverage a global design system for consistency and reusable patterns. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs. What You'll Need • Expertise in user-centered design, journey mapping, and UI design for complex systems. • Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro, with a strong portfolio. • Experience with global design systems and understanding of complex system design challenges. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale. • Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative team environment. • Typically 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise demonstrated through portfolio and leadership.
