This fully remote role supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments within South Africa.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps RequirementsExperience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management BenefitsSalary range: 580,000 - 800,000 Remote work arrangement (South Africa) Opportunities for professional growth Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers.
