Service Delivery Manager - Managed Workplace

Tasks You are operationally responsible for our Managed Workplace Service based on MS 365 & MS Intune - both internally and towards the customer. You accompany the Service Transition of new customers and are the interface between the operations team, project team, and Service Management. You support the further development of our services through automation and an improved User Experience. Whenever changes are involved, you plan and execute Minor/Major Changes and process tickets. In your position, you actively participate in our agile MS focus team. Last but not least, you take care of the continuous optimization of our Client Lifecycle processes. Qualifications Completed technical degree or comparable IT vocational training and ideally several years of professional experience in the MS 365 & Endpoint Management environment. Experience in Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation in the context of ITIL. Profound know-how in the MS 365 environment as well as relevant experience in Endpoint Management such as: MS Intune, MS Configuration Manager, MS Defender, or comparable tools. Ability to work independently according to clear objectives in a complex and dynamic task environment.
