You develop yourself specifically to increasingly take on responsibility for subject areas and later entire projects</li> <li>You work at the intersection between Business and IT and bring a deep understanding of IT systems to translate business requirements into implementable technical solutions</li> <li>You structure complex problems, prioritize requirements, and develop concrete solution approaches</li> <li>You actively accompany the implementation - from concept through Testing to the Go-Live</li> <li>You support Business Development topics, e.g., in the preparation of offers or the further development of customer relationships</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable)</li> <li>2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or in projects at the intersection between the business department and IT</li> <li>Initial experience in management consulting as well as in projects for the introduction or further development of IT systems (e.g., ERP, Compliance, KYC, or Risk systems), ideally in the Banking or Financial Services environment</li> <li>You take on responsibility, make independent decisions, and drive topics forward entrepreneurially, even under unclear framework conditions</li> <li>You grasp complex topics quickly and translate them into clear, implementable solutions</li> <li>You work confidently with various Stakeholders – from the business department to IT – and translate requirements into implementable solutions</li> <li>Inte
