The Enterprise Account Manager will serve as a trusted partner to clients, managing ongoing relationships, driving expansion opportunities, and ensuring a premium, high-touch client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level client accountsManage and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and expansionLead virtual client meetings, reviews, and presentations with senior stakeholdersIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsAct as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metricsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfactionMaintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systemsRequired QualificationsProven experience as an Account Manager handling enterprise or high-value client accountsDemonstrated success managing long-term, client-facing relationships at a senior levelPrior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be consideredExceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, professional on-camera presenceAbility to engage, influence, and build trust with senior and executive-level stakeholdersHighly self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in B2B or service-based environmentsBackground in consultative relationship management or post-sale account ownershipExperience in industries where professionalism, presentation, and brand representation are criticalFamiliarity with structured account management or customer success frameworksTools & TechnologyCRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft TeamsSlack and Google WorkspaceProposal, contract, and e-signature tools (PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar)Scheduling and account management toolsPlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
