As a Business Consultant, you analyze and optimize business processes and support our clients in implementing legal and regulatory requirements efficiently and future-proof in their projects. You work at the interface between the business department and IT, create precise requirements, accompany the technical implementation, and specifically contribute your expertise from the banking and insurance sectors. Tasks Independent consulting, management, and execution of demanding projects in the banking and insurance sector for our clients Independent gathering, analysis, and conceptualization of requirements, including regular coordination with project teams and relevant stakeholders Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements as well as ensuring compliance within the projects Building and maintaining a cooperative partnership as well as open and transparent communication with our clients Qualifications Experience in classic & agile IT projects in the banking or insurance industry Sound methodological & conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and Business Analysis An independent and structured way of working as well as the ability for empathetic communication Fluent German skills (min.
