Test Manager for Test Automation

As a Test Manager, you take responsibility for the quality assurance of complex software solutions. You plan and control test activities, coordinate test teams, and ensure that requirements are structurally tested and reliably implemented. In doing so, you work closely with developers, project managers, and our clients, from the test strategy to the successful go-live. Tasks Advising our clients on establishing modern test management and automation methods Accompanying all phases of software testing as well as the further development of test methods and standards Creation of test concepts & test case scenarios as well as responsibility for the planning and organization of test activities Evaluation and documentation of test results as well as coordination with clients Leadership & coordination of agile test teams Setup & use of test automation tools for the scalability of tests Qualifications Experience in the conception and implementation of test strategies as well as leadership of agile test teams Analytical & conceptual skills in the context of software testing or test management (according to the ISTQB standard)     Knowledge in software development or programming as well as experience with test management and automation tools such as Cucumber, X-Ray/Jira, Selenium, Robot, Playwright, Tosca. Ideally initial experience in the financial services industry An independent and structured way of working as well as the ability for empathetic communication Fluent German skills (min.
