We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Finance Developer (m/f/d) to support the technical implementation and further development of finance processes in a standardized S/4HANA Cloud environment as well as on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The goal is the development, configuration, and integration of solutions that comply with Clean Core principles and promote the scalability and automation of the finance architecture. Key Facts Start: 01.05.2026 Duration: not known Capacity: 95 % Employment type: Job site: Hanover Job country: Germany Your Responsibilities • Development and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Finance Suite in the Public Cloud (FI/CO, APAR, GL, etc.) taking SAP Best Practices into account • Implementation of technical requirements in ABAP Cloud, CDS Views, RAP model, OData Services, and Fiori apps • Integration of SAP BTP Services to extend finance processes, for example through Process Automation or CVA • Development and configuration of IFlows in the SAP Integration Suite for the provision of interfaces • Participation in the implementation of Embedded Analytics and the integration of SAP Business Objects (SAP BO) • Close collaboration with business departments, ART teams, architects, and the rollout team to ensure cloud compliance Must-have Requirements • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance Public Cloud, especially in the areas of FI/CO, APAR, GL, and BP • Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services and SAP CBC (Central Business Configuration) • In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP (for example Integration Suite, CVA, and Process Automation) • In-depth knowledge of cloud-specific development models such as ABAP Cloud, RAP, RESTful APIs, CDS Views, and OData Services • Understanding of Clean Core, standardization, deployment processes, and release management in the Public Cloud • Experience with SAP Fiori and Embedded Analytics • Strong communication and teamwork skills in international project teams • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner in standardized cloud environments • Customer orientation and problem-solving skills as well as a high level of initiative • Fluent written and spoken German & English skills Nice-to-have Requirements • Knowledge in the integration of SAP Business Objects (SAP BO) Further Information The remote and on-site share at the Hanover location will be arranged by agreement.
