Position: First-Line Supervisor – Landscaping and Groundskeeping Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $20 - $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of landscaping and groundskeeping workers across projects. Plan and schedule work to ensure timely completion and quality standards. Provide clear written and verbal instructions to team members. Monitor worker performance and deliver coaching and development support. Manage allocation of resources including equipment and materials. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational standards. Communicate with stakeholders to align on project requirements and outcomes. Requirements Strong experience in landscaping supervision or related field. Expertise in landscaping operations, horticulture, and project management. Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage remote teams and workflows effectively. Proficiency with digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
