Job Description SummaryDrive growth, coverage, and performance of the partner ecosystem across MENAT by developing strategic channel relationships, enabling partners, and executing go-to-market initiatives aligned with regional business priorities.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPartner Strategy & GrowthDefine and execute channel strategy across MENAT marketsIdentify, recruit, and develop high-potential partnersDrive revenue growth through partner-led opportunitiesPartner ManagementOwn relationships with key distributors, resellers, and value added resellersEstablish joint business plans and track performanceEnsure partner alignment with GEV's priorities and offeringsLead partner onboarding, training, and certification programsSupport partners in building technical and commercial capabilitiesPipeline & Sales ExecutionBuild and manage partner-driven pipelineCollaborate with sales teams on account planning and deal executionEnsure forecast accuracy and opportunity progressionTrack KPIs: revenue, pipeline, coverage, partner productivityImplement partner segmentation and tiering modelsManage incentives and performance programsAlign channel initiatives with regional campaigns and prioritiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, market analytics or channel management within Grid AutomationProven ability to interpret business challenges and translate them into actionable plansProven experience working with channel partners across multiple countries in MENATFamiliarity with compliance standards and corporate governance frameworksAbility to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams with a moderate level of autonomy while aligning with broader business objectivesFluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus)Desired CharacteristicsStrong commercial acumen balancing growth, profitability, and cashProven ability to build trusted, long-term partner relationshipsHigh integrity with a strong compliance mindsetResults-driven with clear ownership and accountabilityData-driven, turning insights into corrective actionsPassion for partner enablement and sustainable growthDigital mindset with focus on tools adoption and simplificationSolid experience in commercial management, including contracts, pricing, and financial disciplineAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
