Excited to bring fresh perspectives to a historically traditional industry, the remote Junior UI/UX Designer will design UI components and flows in Figma, collaborate with frontend engineers, and conduct usability reviews to enhance Ledgebrook's software portfolio. Key responsibilities Design UI components, screens, and flows in Figma Translate wireframes and specifications into high-fidelity mockups Collaborate with frontend engineers and conduct usability reviews with stakeholders Required qualifications 1-2 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio from coursework Proficiency in Figma Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals Familiarity with designing web applications for both desktop and mobile use Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale clearly
