A company is looking for a Trainer - Education Consultant. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored live and virtual training sessions based on real-world customer scenarios Collaborate with teams to identify training gaps and develop hands-on, scenario-based programs Design instructional materials and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for customer-side trainers Required Qualifications Experience in delivering instructor-led and virtual training Proficiency in developing instructional content and training materials Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms, especially Salesforce-based systems Ability to manage multiple training engagements and communicate effectively with diverse audiences Professional proficiency in a second language such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish
