This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with deep experience in paid channels and a strong understanding of how to position AI-powered SaaS products for conversion-driven growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and displayPlan and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targetsPartner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting assets and messagingManage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channelsAnalyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full-funnel metricsTest and scale new channels, audiences, and AI-driven use casesRequired QualificationsProven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environmentStrong understanding of AI-powered products and performance-driven buyer behaviorDemonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenueHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)Strong analytical and optimization skillsNon-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
