Because for us, the focus is on the person – no one is just a number with us! 🚀</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>You advise and support our business customers holistically with all technical challenges in the environment of crisis-proof M2M communication, including Smart Grid and Smart Metering.</li> <li>You are the first technical point of contact and manage customer projects from Presales consulting, through Technical Onboarding and piloting, to stable commissioning and expansion.</li> <li>You support sales in Presales through technical consulting, conceptual design, and presentations to the customer.</li> <li>You handle technical questions from your customers and take over structured error analysis as well as sustainable problem-solving in Testing and ongoing operations.</li> <li>You work closely with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments.</li> <li>You introduce customer requirements in a structured manner into the further development of products and services.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>You have profound knowledge in the end-to-end application of IT and mobile communication technologies for Machine-to-Machine communication (M2M).</li> <li>You bring experience, especially in the areas of Smart Grid and Smart Metering.</li> <li>You have experience in consulting on complex ICT solutions in the B2B environment.</li> <li>You possess very good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies as well as secure IT communication paths.</li> <li>You have experience in IP-Management as well as with secure connections, e.g., via LWL-based networks, APN structures, and API-Gateways.</li> <li>You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, and bring a high level of initiative.</li> <li>You have strong communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>You bring solid experience in project management and work confidently in project-oriented structures.</li> <li>You have very good German skills as well as good written and spoken English skills.</li> <li>You have a completed degree or vocational training, e.g., in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering, or information technology, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Permanent employment contract</li> <li>Attractive compensation package, incl. monthly st
